It's a combination of deep conversations and unforgettable flavors – the perfect opportunity to pause for a moment and celebrate life. The highlight is a juicy wild boar leg, slow-roasted until golden skin and tender inside. Alongside it – groats, fried cabbage, and a velvety sauce. For those on a plant-based diet, we have prepared millet and spinach gnocchi, with carrot-orange puree and oyster mushrooms fried in butter with herbs. The evening will be crowned with an elegant dessert buffet featuring panna cotta and fruit mousses.
