Aroma Stone

The management and staff of the hotel will be very grateful to you for cooperating in adhering to these regulations, which are intended to ensure peace and safety during the stay of all our Guests.

  1. The hotel room is rented per day.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival until 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
  3. Payment for the hotel stay is made upon check-in.
  4. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
  5. Keeping the room after 2:00 pm is considered an extension of the stay. If the Guest leaves the room by 6:00 pm, a fee for no less than half a day will be charged.
  6. A request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported to the reception desk by 8:00 am on the day the room rental expires.
  7. The hotel considers requests to extend stays depending on availability.
  8. The hotel guest may not transfer the room to other persons, including during the rental period.
  9. Unregistered persons may stay in the room between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or harm caused during the stay of an unregistered person in the room. Employees, management, or other authorized persons may take appropriate steps to prevent or mitigate damage.
  10. The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated hotel regulations during a previous stay by causing damage to hotel property or Guests, or harm to persons concerning Guests, hotel employees or others staying in the hotel, or who disrupted the peace in any other way.
  11. The hotel provides services according to its category and standard. If there are any complaints about the quality of services, please report them to the reception as soon as possible so that we can respond promptly.
  12. Smoking is completely prohibited in the hotel. Failure to comply will result in a fine of 400 PLN for the Guests.
  13. The hotel is obliged to ensure: safety during the stay, including confidentiality of Guest information, including personal data; professional and courteous service; room cleaning and performing necessary repairs of equipment during the Guest’s absence, or if present only with their consent and request; and, depending on availability, provide another room or otherwise mitigate any inconveniences if existing room defects cannot be fixed.
  14. Upon the Guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge: * providing information related to the stay and travel * wake-up calls at the designated time * safekeeping of money and valuables during the guest's stay in the hotel (if the hotel agrees to this it must have appropriate security mechanisms) * luggage storage for registered hotel guests
  15. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, other items of value, or items of scientific or artistic value.
  16. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
  17. The hotel guest bears financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of hotel items, equipment, and technical devices caused by the Guest or their visitors.
  18. The Guest should notify the hotel reception immediately after detecting any damage.
  19. Each time leaving the room, the Guest should check the door is locked and leave the card at the reception.
  20. The hotel reserves the right to enter the room for inspection if contact with the Guest cannot be made for 24 hours. In such cases, a reception employee has the right to enter the room in the presence of a second person.
  21. Silence must be maintained in the hotel from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. During the night quiet hours, persons using hotel services must behave in a manner that does not disturb the peace of other Guests.
  22. For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices not supplied as hotel room equipment is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
  23. Personal items left by departing Guests in the hotel room will be available for pickup for one month from the date left, at the main hotel reception.
  24. The hotel guest has the right, for an additional fee, to stay in a hotel room with a pet. The fee for the animal’s stay is 80 PLN per day.
  25. Bringing animals that may pose a threat to life or human health, particularly venomous animals, onto the premises is prohibited.
  26. The Guest is fully financially and legally responsible for any damage caused by an animal on Aroma Stone Hotel premises. Dog and other pet owners are required to clean up after their animals on the hotel grounds and its surroundings.
  27. The hotel has the right to interrupt the accommodation service already paid for if the Guest disturbs order. Interruption of the Guest’s stay in such a case is not a basis for a refund of the amount paid for the stay.
